EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities include recording financial activity, reviewing monthly financial reports, and day to day duties, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash disbursements, cash management, Account Analysis, Weekly Payroll and Payroll Tax Reports, Administrative Assistant duties.Â

Approximately 32 hours per week, Fridays required.  Â

Job Requirements
Â
B.S. in Accounting Preferred, Quickbooks experience, 3+ years of prior accounting experience, Fluent in Spanish a plus.
