Driver Manager
A Privately Owned and Operated Truckload carrier in Louisville, KY is seeking an experienced Driver Manager to join our Operations Team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for managing 30 - 40 OTR CDL A drivers in a JIT environment while providing superior customer service.  Key factors for successful performance include Driver Management (on-time performance, safety, HOS, retention), Customer Service, MPG, and Fleet/Equipment utilization. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years as a Driver Manager (OTR - CDL A) with track record of success and experience managing a board of drivers. Bachelors Degree preferred. If qualified and interested submit Resume and Cover Letter detailing experience, career goals, and salary requirements in Word Format.
