Night Shift

National Retail Transportation (NRT) is seeking a motivated self starting Dispatcher to work the night shift Sunday through Thursday nights in its terminal in Compton, CA area. The job entails dispatching Class A drivers for local store deliveries to ensure on time delivery. Ideal candidate should be highly motivated and must possess problem solving skills in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Bilingual (Spanish/English) necessary.

Requirements

The following requirements are needed:Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook) 2 to 5 years recent dispatching experience. Ability to work alone Strong communication skills Strong follow-up skills Bilingual: English / Spanish Must be punctual and dependable Knowledge of AS 400 a big plus but not required. Ability to work well with others. Ability to motivate drivers in a professional manner Administration / knowledge of log books and DOT rules.
