DISPATCHER
Coast to Coast Manpower, a rapidly growing trucking company, is seeking a motivated self- starting Dispatcher in its facility in Nichols, NY area. Ideal candidate should be highly motivated and must possess problem solving skills to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for ensuring that freight is picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Working within a computerized dispatch system, you will coordinate the outbound delivery paperwork, monitor and update the current dispatch information, and answer phone calls.
Knowledge of DOT laws, as well as a working knowledge of maintenance and driver motivation are necessary. Having the skills set to think outside the box and react quickly and rationally to situations are essential for the success of the company and your position.

Requirements
The following requirements are needed: Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook) 2 to 5 years recent dispatching experience. Ability to work alone Strong communication skills Strong follow-up skills Must be punctual and dependable Knowledge of AS 400 a big plus but not required. Ability to work well with others. Ability to motivate drivers in a professional manner Administration / knowledge of log books and DOT rules.
