Maersk Line, the world’s largest provider of containerized transport solutions, is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service Team in Miami, FL.

 

Working on the phone to ensure customer satisfaction, you will provide information on cargo location, process orders, and resolve customer issues. This will involve updating account information; developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients, vendors & agencies; and meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 7am and 7pm (including weekends & holidays, as needed).

 

Positions require superior communication skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, problem-solving ability, and  PC proficiency (Word, Excel & Outlook). At least 1-2 years of customer service and/or transportation industry experience is preferred. A college degree is desirable.
