Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, this key individual will focus on entering customer orders, communicating directly with customers on questions, up selling add on products, supporting our outside Account Executive staff with quotes and research.

The ability to work in a fast paced call center environment is critical. Other "MUST HAVES" for the position include;

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

* Data entry and ten key pad proficient - minimum 35 words per minute typing.

* Ability to handle multiple calls and multi tasking experience - previous call center experience a plus.

Your reward - Compensation package that includes hourly rate plus commission, contest and promotions, awards program, full benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401K with company contribution and stable work employer. Total Compensation can range from $30,000 to $40,000 depending on performance.
