Customer Service Rep Call (713)781-0231Description: Volt is currently looking for Customer Service Rep to handle delivery scheduling, dealing with returned merchandise, processing orders and resolving product and service problems. The individual will act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution and will be under close supervision. May have to interact with carriers as part of the resolution. Requirements: Position will require the individual to multi-task and prioritize issues. Individuals must be customer service focused, with problem solving abilities.
