Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics is currently seeking a talented Customer Care Team Member – Ocean Transportation for our Savannah, GA location.

 

As a Customer Care Team Member for Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, you will have responsibility to provide our customers with a skilled point of contact to guarantee customer requirements and expectations are exceeded.

 

 

 

Duties:

 Initial booking input and all revisionsCoordination of transshipment bookingsGeneral customer and vessel inquiriesCargo track and trace efforts Cargo discrepancy resolutionChange of destination requests and resolutionsProvide customer education on utilization of web-based opportunities linked to our external websiteInsure system data quality and accuracyMeet all US customs regulatory requirementsEffective interaction with other departmentsAdhere to quality standards and measurements

 

Competence Requirements:

 3+ years of industry knowledge with main focus on customer care and port related activityExcellent computer skill competence - Microsoft ApplicationsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-based environmentAccuracy and attention to detailProcess orientedStrong interpersonal and listening skills
