Crew Supervisor
Position Summary:This position will assist in managing vessel employee activity to achieve operational targets. Optimizes vessel productivity through crew scheduling. Provides day-to-day support / guidance to logistics function and serves in rotation for weekend and after-hours duty. Principle Responsibilities: Enforces vessel standards for housekeeping, safety and training requirements for vessel personnel and assists in the development of plans to achieve those targets. Serves as location Security Officer alternate and conducts drills as same. Provides fill in and weekend coverage for logistics and barge transfer duties. Performs audits, implements process changes that improve productivity, increase efficiency and reduce costs. Schedules vessel crews, including training time and processes payroll.
