Contract Administrator/Sales Support

 Sales Administrative SupportConfidential –  company currently seeking “Sales Administrative Supportâ€� with contract involvement within the Sales Dept.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and written skills.  Be professional, organized and honest.Specific Task Duties and Responsibilities:·  Support contract development consisting of: analysis research, policy writing, policy guideline with procedure updates·  Accommodate customer contract requirements: pricing, proposals, specified obligations and verbiages, draft review with rewrites, request legal counsel when necessary  ·  Provide executive and customer support: answering contract provision inquires, interpretation and modifications·  Monitor contract fulfillment: review service reports and contracts, audit service level and quality·  Quality result improvement: study, evaluate and re-design procedures.  Providing change implementations·  Maintain sales management information: collecting, analyzing and summarizing contract data and trends·  Enhance job proficiency: engage in educational opportunities, review legal publications, maintain personal networks, participate in professional organizationsSkills and Qualification:Two years experience in sales administrative support, Degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent, Team player and customer service oriented, Strong attention to detail, Administrative Writing Skills, Excellent Communication Skills, Maintain  Strong Client Relationships, Experience with resolving conflicts, Legal Compliance, Negotiation skills, Maintain quality focus, Contracts Law, Closing skills.Salary commensurate with relevant experience and education.
