Suddath Relocation Systems, one of United Van Lines’ largest and premier agencies, has an opening for a career professional as a Client Relations Manager based out of our San Jose, California service center.

The Client Relations Manager position is a dynamic role and requires someone who is self motivated, hard working, creative, team oriented and committed to meeting the needs of our customers. Candidates must have a can do attitude no matter what the situation.  This role is vital to ensuring excellent customer service to our current clients and to enable Suddath to secure new national accounts and continually grow our business

Specific duties will include:

Account Management

· Interact with national account clients, to include relationship development and sales assistance with SVP and sales team

· Manage service escalations to satisfactory conclusion

· Conduct client reviews, and insure client review presentation and reports are timely and accurate

· Conduct client integration which includes; working with sales teams, coordinator team and SVP with new clients, developing and implementing accurate client profiles, insuring accurate pricing profile for accounting team

· Assist SVP with daily administration, i.e. e-mails, telephone follow-up, client correspondence

Sales Administration

· Assist SVP with conducting sales meetings, campaign management and sales person follow-up

· Monitor national account contracts to insure timely updating

· Assist SVP with national account marketing in tandem with SRS marketing team and The Suddath Companies marketing initiatives

International Agency Development

· Work with Suddath International management team and SVP to develop ongoing strategy to maximize international agency business volume
