Clerk/Office Assistant

Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate will entail:

·  Data entry and general office support

·  Assisting the manager in resolving customer issues

·  Working with customers in a professional manner

·  Contacting suppliers to initiate the order process and to determine the disposition of materials

The position requires strong customer service, organizational and sourcing skills. The successful candidate will be operating in a high volume 24/7 manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be versed in MS applications, internet and e-mail. Experience with computer managed inventory systems and report generating would be helpful. Previous experience with SAP or Maximo will be a plus.
