Established in 1988, Cynthia Cook, Inc. is a full service employment company providing temporary and temp to perm workers locally and since 1988. Our clients range from small offices to Fortune 500 companies.

We are currently looking for Full Time & Part Time Temp-to-Hire Operations Support for a client in Eden Prairie. Our client deals with 3rd party logistic trucking in a call center type setting.

This company has great opportunity for growth and movement for successful candidates. Our client offers a great working environment in a very up-to-date and modern facility and a pay increase after being take on permanently with the company.

Pay:  $13
Location: Eden Prairie
Hours: Shifts vary 2nd and 3rd shifts  Monday-Friday 4pm-12pm MUST also be available on weekends. PT hours would be Fri/Sat/Sun 15-30 hours.  

In this position you will be answer inbound calls from truck drivers regarding there load status and any problems that they may be experiencing at there loading stations, stops, or on the road.

We are looking for people who have very strong problem solving skills and are able to think VERY quickly on their feet and are able to take constructive criticism.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls for the dry branches.
Update systems to insure accurate load status and reporting information.
Dispatch loads with complete and accurate information.
Gather and communicate information regarding specific problems that the truckers may be having.
Track loads as requested by the dry branches and make check calls for produce branch customers.
Provide a High level of customer service.

Qualifications:
High school Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years pervious customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Attention to detail
Ability to follow guidelines based on Individual customers needs
