Our client a leading 3rd party logistics company has a Full Time Temp-to-Hire Operations Coordinator position in the Eden Prairie area. In this position you will be answer inbound calls from truck drivers and vendors regarding their load status and any problems that they may be experiencing at there loading stations, stops, or on the road. You will also be monitoring these problems and following up to insure/confirm that all deliveries are completed as scheduled.

TEMP - HIRE

Pay:  $13 - $16 DOQ

Location: Eden Prairie

Hours:

Sun-8am-4pm

Mon-5pm-12am

Tue-5pm-12am

Wed – Off

Thur- Off

Fri -5pm-2am

Sat -12pm-9pm 

 

We are looking for people who have strong problem solving skills and are able to think quickly on their feet. A small percentage of calls may become escalated. Ideal candidates would be able to stay calm and help to ease the caller’s frustrations.

 

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from truck drivers.

Customer and carrier follow-up
Resolving issues and maintaining accurate records.

Gather and communicate information regarding specific problems that the truckers may be having.

Monitor problem loads and follow up to insure deliveries are completed within required time lines.

Verify all pick up information and dispatch loads.

Track and trace shipments

Provide a High level of customer service.

 

Qualifications:

Education:  High School Diploma/ Equivalent

Experience: 2 years Operations or Customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Attention to detail

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to follow guidelines based on Individual customers needs
