Application Support Specialist
Application Support Specialist
We have an immediate opening for an Application Support Specialist. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Day to day end user application support and troubleshooting
· Maintaining/tracking of support calls and metrics
· Monitoring of data, writing of queries and data extracts
· Quality assurance testing
· Code deployment
· Functional specifications and test plans
· Documentation and training materials
· Training execution
This particular position requires previous Application support experience, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Technical skills include: SQL, Unix. Experience with Warehouse Mangement System or industry knowledge a plus.
