Air/Ground Transportation SpecialistsPanther Expedited Services, Inc., the leader in premium ground and air transportation, seeks full and part time operations associates for 2nd & 3rd shift & weekend days at its Medina County corporate headquarters. Responsibilities include problem solving, quoting, booking, dispatching and monitoring premium freight in a high-tech, 24/7 transportation dispatch call center. Individuals with at least 1 year of transportation dispatch /customer service experience in ground or airfreight transportation preferred. Other customer service experience will be considered. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required as well as the ability to learn quickly the in-house software system. Regular telephone and email/text messaging interaction with dispatchers, customers, agents and drivers required. Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills a must. Competitive pay and benefits.
