We are currently looking to add to our existing team with a newly created position that will support both our Accounting Department and our Outsourced Logistics Division.  The right individual will be offered an exceptional opportunity to learn and grow professionally. 

The daily responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: 

Customer and Carrier Report Generation
Pick up and Delivery Scheduling
Carrier Invoice Reconciliations (A/P)
Customer Invoice Reconciliations (A/R)
Heavy Customer Interaction (verbal and written)
BOL and POD retrieval and electronic storage





The ideal candidate will be highly detail orientated, enjoy multiple responsibilities and a high energy environment. Working knowledge of all MS applications is required (MAS90 experience preferred). Any experience with TMS and/or WMS applications a plus.  We offer a full benefits package including medical/dental and 401K entitlement.  This position reports to a Director and CEO jointly and is a genuine opportunity to learn from knowledge and experience.
