Account Executive - Logistics

POSTION: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVECATEGORY:  Transportation / Warehousing A fully integrated worldwide logistics company and a leader in providing quality, reliable, and cost effective service has a key opportunity in for an Account Executive to lead the Domestic Sales’ initiative throughout the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling all domestic products, with an emphasis on airfreight, and will be responsible for increasing their market share by leveraging the extensive volume of business this client has in the international arena. If you have a solid and proven success in sales and business development, this could be the position for you! Our client, a rapidly expanding multi-billion dollar multinational  has a great opportunity in the (  )  market for an Account Manager.  The solution you will sell will be a solution that focuses on  expedited air and land freight services. Ideal candidate will have  a solid background in domestic transportation or logistics sales working for non asset based domestic freight forwarding companies.  Must have at least 3 years of  transactional sales or solutions sales in the domestics transportation industry and must  be strategic in the sales approach.  Only team players are encouraged to apply as this position involves developing strong relationships both internally and externally to uncover leads and opportunities that could benefit the bottom line.   College degree is preferred as well as 4 years of business experience.  Generous base, vehicle and expense allowance, monthly commissions based on high percentage of the gross profit will be paid on top of the base.
