As a Sales Associate (Wireless Specialist) your main duty is to assist the Store Manager and other Sales Associates in Retail Wireless Sales.

 

This includes but is not limited to the following:

 

Sales Responsibilities

· Sales generation, both new activations and current customer upgrades   

· Provide Phenomenal Customer Service

 

· Develop and maintain customer relations, conduct call backs and survey the customer's experience  

· Prospecting-to include phone sales calls  

 

Daily Store Operations

· Track all Sales, fill in the Activations sales database once a sale has been completed  

· Product/ Accessory maintenance and organization - maintain the sales floor and stockroom according to company standards

· Maintain a clean and safe work place.  Assist in the store maintenance and appearance  

 

Product Knowledge 

· Become familiar with Sprint phone models, new and old, as well as what accessories are offered  

· Stay current with info related to competitor products and market trends

 

 

Basic Sales Qualifications:

 

1 year of retail sales and customer service experience

Proven ability to recommend and close the sale

 

Preferred Position Qualifications:

 

Wireless sales experience

High School Diploma or GED

Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Web Based and Microsoft Office Computer Skills

MUST have reliable transportation

Bonus paid in addition to hourly wage based on sales activity!
