MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.) Receive new, repaired and used converters from the supplier, repair agency and field service personnel.

Prepare and issue converters to field personnel on a daily basis to comply with installation requirements.

Maintain front counter inventory and related marketing material.

Burn in, test, modify and perform minor repairs to converters, including electromechanical assembly and soldering to small electronic assemblies, control cable, power cord and related components.Perform minor domestic repairs to converters and remotes.

Ability to lift and carry loads of at least 70 pounds.

Control and disburse equipment, material and other related items as required.

Assist in receiving and shipping functions.

Maintain upkeep of warehouse facility and equipment.Perform other related duties as assigned. Restore cosmetically converters and required documentation in compliance with required procedures.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.


Required Skills:
EDUCATION: High school degree or the recognized equivalent in work experience and self-study.

EXPERIENCE: 3 months to 1 year Customer Service/Sales and General Office experience needed. General knowledge with PC's required.

Punctual, regular and consistent attendance as well as the ability to work overtime is required.
