Upgrade Representative

Act as a liaison between commercial development and bulk/retail communities (board of directors, property managers, leasing agents etc.) to help strengthen the product awareness and penetration within these markets as well as assist with retail product education to residents and property owners and managers.
Responsibilities include: Coordinating new sub activation by working with developers/builders to ensure a smooth transition of new cable subscribers.
Work with government affairs to participate in community events to promote product awareness and maximize sales opportunities.
Manage leasing agent relationships; trouble shoot VIP account billing or service problems associated with leasing agents.
Coordinate with properties A/E for on-site box distribution process.
Focus on highly competitive CDV serviceable areas in order to upgrade to Comcast Digital Voice.
Assist with billing and service inquires.
Coordinate with properties the on-site box distribution process.
Provide written/verbal information to communities as requested, maintain and follow up on the community escalation and service initiation report log.
Strictly focused on current Comcast Customer with video and/or internet services for upgrade opportunity.
Focused on video and/or CHSI residential and Bulk customers to up sell to CHSI and/or CDV.
Attend meetings between commercial development and construction/engineering and maintain new build database.
Assist in the development of department marketing collateral, assist account executives and manager and director(s) as needed.
Accountable to a sales quota based on service upgrades
Must be available to work some special events, occasional evening or weekend hours required.
Other duties as assigned. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Required Skills:
"EDUCATION: * High school diploma or the recognized equivalent. EXPERIENCE: * 2 years related work experience. * Recent sales experience a must, preferably in outside sales. * Punctual, regular and consistent attendance. * Ability to work overtime as needed. * Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends. * Excellent detail orientation and follow through skills. * Strong discretionary skills, as this position will have access to and work with information of a confidential nature. * Valid and unrestricted FL driver's license. * Clean DMV record and reliable transportation. * Ability to follow directions and learn all phases of the cable television industry. * Prior leasing agent experience a plus."
