USA jobs: Account Executive 2 NetPro
Experience: College Degree Preferred, 3 years experience in either sales, ordering processing, programs or other related areas. Proven track record in at least one of the areas above. Experience working with government agencies preferred.
1.) Assist CBMs in managing sales efforts in support of DOJ to include large scale implementations and projects.
2.) Take the lead on the order process to include the following:
a.) Agency Hierarchy Code (AHC) creation
b.) Processing GIOM (Billing) and RDS forms to SOS and CARE
c.) Attaining UBI (Universal Billing Indicator) and SOF (Service Order Form)/Legacy Form aka AVPN Domestic New Start
d.) Attain USOs required for SIP process.
e.) Access numerous service delivery systems---ordering, provisioning, billing, and some maintenance systems
f.) Manage implementation process through completion to include SIP.
3.) SAART revenue tracking and outlook, RMT inputs/updates, tracking billed revenue to PIDs.
4.) Support CBMs in updating forecasts and closed sales in CRM/ROME and Insights.
5.) Assist CBMs in driving revenue growth through responding to the Agency's price requests. Develop ATQs through the quick quote tool and PEP process resulting in high achievement of NSR and TBR.
6.) Take the lead on A/R issues within DOJ wireline and local services module.
7.) Assist in special projects in support of DOJ: Toll Free Reporting, Change Management and First Bill Review.
8.) Customer facing for periodic account review meetings in Washington DC
9.) Take lead with discount requests and follow on bill review to ensure all aspects of the disconnect where accomplished
10.) Take lead with routine quote requests
11.) Assist with increasing Account Revenue by uncovering and prospecting new sales opportunities.
Must be able to obtain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
