Training Specialist

Job Description:

 

Effectively delivers and facilitate adult classroom training. The focus of this position is facilitation delivery of program curriculum for new and existing employees. This position is responsible for fundamental and advanced training delivery for all Pocket departments.

 

Responsibilities:

 Facilitate training in a classroom, online and field environmentsAssist in initial planning and design of existing and new training curriculumMaintain lesson plans, training aids & manuals relevant to training materialCoordinate training sessions ensuring facility setup, audiovisual setup and  notification Evaluate & assess the effectiveness of key training initiatives through surveys, analyzing resultsMaintains standardized test to measure the effectiveness on the training for the employeeProvide results & feedback to management Continually refresh and update training skills through active memberships in professional training organizations, seminar attendance, literature and publicationsResearches new training techniques and implement enhancements to existing training programsSpecializes in Dealer Training

 

 

Skills:Minimum of three (3) years of prior training experience Superior presentation and interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent organization, attention to detail and planning skills Ability to work independently on multiple assignments with minimal supervision g computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Through knowledge of the organization's products & servicesTravel is required. Travel can exceed more than 50%
