Trainer - Lebanon, PA

Facilitate new hire and ad hoc trainings for call center organization and other business partners (as needed)
Design and develop learning materials, job aids, and methods and procedures
Maintain technical experience in a variety of products and systems
Manage classroom of 5-15 participants
Provide one on one coaching and development to frontline employees
Perform supervisory duties during new hire training
Responsible for partnering with leadership to determine opportunities for training
Work with team members to ensure consistency of training
Schedule flexibility to include nights and weekends
Position will be based in Lebanon, PA, but occasional travel could be required

Required Skills:
MINIMUM
Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development/Human Resources/Communications or 1-2 years of formal training experience
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and written skills
Basic knowledge of adult learning principles
Effective use of Windows platform, including Office
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance

PREFERRED (All minimum qualifications plus the following)
Work experience in a call center or another fast paced environment
Background in cable/telecommunications industry
