Aerotek Professional Services Location: Saint Joseph, MI 49085 Salary: USD 13.56 /hour Position Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Customer Support/Client Care Trade Partner Support Specialist  Job Description: Aerotek at Whirlpool is looking for a Trade Partner Support specialist to work at Whirlpool Corp. in St. Joseph, Michigan.The Trade Partner Support Specialist, under direct supervision, handles Trade Relations inquiries and problems regarding product returns via the telephone, fax and email in a call center environment. Trade Relations is the primary function, but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services. Calls are basic and routine. Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Demonstrated communication, analytical and teamwork sills are highly desired. Complaint resolution experience is a plus! Applicant must be available to work an 8 hour shift sometime between the hours of 8 AM and 10 PM + weekends. The successful candidate MUST HAVE A 4 YEAR BACHELOR"S DEGREE from a accredited college/university. Excellent customer services skills along with excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
