We are searching for:

• Problem determination and resolution directly to end users during training events
• Conducts individual and formal group training sessions
• Assists in training end users for new application implementation as well as changes to existing applications
• May include management and development of a team of trainers in support of a full range of IT resources
• Level 2 staff may extend to enterprise-wide implementations
• May assist in deskside application support
• Schedules, communicates and motivates end user participation in training events
• Develops formalized training courses targeted to end users


Demonstrated experience creating training materials for in-person and computer based training.
Knowledge of TrackWise a must
Good interpersonnal skills.
Ability to plan and execute a system training plan.
Familiarity with Capitvate CBT Software required
Ability to quickly learn new applications and business processes.
Ability to link business process with application workflow.
Experience computer training adult students.
Demonstrated experience effectively implementing distance learning programs.
