Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI), is a leader in the telecommunications service industry.  We are currently seeking the following position for our Fort Worth, TX location:

 

Quality Manager:

This key management position will develop and implement new processes and procedures in the handset repair industry for the operation in compliance with either ISO 9001 or TL9000.  The position will require frequent customer interaction, implementing corrective action where necessary, and formalizing and documenting new procedures and work instructions. This individual will manage a staff of 5 – 7.  We are specifically seeking a qualified individual who has implemented metric capture, trending and preventive action definition under the ISO / TL specification requirements and completed the ISO 9001 or TL 9000 certification process with a previous employer.  Qualified candidates will have: a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5 years minimum as a Quality Manager, a background in the electronics industry is preferred.  Also, ASQ or CQA preferred.
