Telesales Account Manager

IDT – Telecom, a global, international telecommunications company is seeking a  Telesales Professional for International Channel Sales.

Overview:

IDT – Telecom is looking to expand its sales efforts to international markets.  The goal of the Telesales Account Manager will be to prospect for new channel partners and resellers globally.  The Telesales Account Manager will search for new resellers, explain the benefits of IDT solutions, close deals and nurture the relationship in order to guarantee a recurring stream of revenues.

This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual (preferred but not mandated) sales professional to expand their knowledge base and income in a rapidly growing market sector.  This technical, growth mode division sells VoIP (Voice over IP) products and solutions globally.

Job Responsibilities:Identify new VoIP resellers globally by conducting web research, monitoring the local press for prospective distributors, cold calling, emailing etc. Follow up on all incoming leads from the region. Explain the benefits that such resellers will experience by taking advantage of VoIP and offering IDT services. Close sales partnerships with resellers. Nurture resellers by meeting the ongoing challenges that exist in expanding their business through customizing marketing plans, enhancing the product line and sharing successful experiences that have worked well in other markets. Demonstrate a solid sales track record in a hunting role and meeting sales targets.

Job Qualifications:Minimum of 0-3 years of sales experience Strong cold calling/inside sales talents.Ability to locate and "lock-in" new channel partners. Proven closing capabilitiesMulti-lingual a big plus but not required.College degree is preferred. Strong communication skills (oral and written).
