POSITION SUMMARY: The telemarketer handles outbound telephone calls, covering a full range of customer service in a prompt and professional manner, obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transaction.

MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)
-Contact all pending disconnects.
-Making outbound calls via the telephone in order to upgrade existing customers, including customers with pending installations, and sell cable service to non-customers.
-Survey and log trends.
-Must have complete and current knowledge on all service, procedures, marketing promotions, CAE promotions, billing problems, etc. and use these offers to negotiate with customers and try to retain potential lost revenue.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
-Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.


Required Skills:
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
-At least one-year telemarketing experience.
-Excellent communication skills with strong sales/customer service skills.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Must have good attendance record.
-Bilingual Preferred
-Ability to work overtime, as needed.
