Intelli-Flex Inc is a Systems Integrator utilizing the Nortel VoIP and Data Portfolio.
Intelli-Flex has several positions available for all levels of technical expertise from entry-level to senior technicians
and Software Applications Specialist.
Location: 5696 Corporate Ave, Cypress, CA 90630
Salary: Salary based on certification, education, knowledge and experience.
Status: Full Time positions are available

Job Purpose: Telecommunications Network Technician/Applications Specialist
Establishes communications systems by installing, operating, and maintaining voice and data telecommunications network hardware and software. Program, implement, administer, and train users on software applications and solutions.
Duties:
* Plans network installations of BCMs and CS1000s; assessing installation site.
* Programming and integrate Microsoft/Nortel software solutions and applications including Unified Messaging, IVR, and other application suites.
*Configure, install, provide administration, and scripting for Contact Center and Web Client
* Responsible for Database Administration.
* Install and program Call Center applications including IVR, Contact Center, and Call Pilot. Includes scripting.
* Program PBX ACD queues and skill sets to support screen-pops for call centers.
* Train administrators and end-users on PBX, CS 1000 and Call Center Systems.
*Conduct user needs analysis, determination of application requirements (hardware/software), telephone configuration specifications; switch software programming, programming CCR and Contact Center scripts.
* Implement soft phone technology, screen-pop technology, host data lookup and several other features for Service Centers.
*Develop and program IVR and Voice Menu applications for voice systems.
* Establishes voice and data networks; installing telecommunications equipment, routers, switches, and multiplexers,; programming features; establishing connections and integrations; following industry standards; activating remote access tools; coordinating with contractors.
* Identifying, correcting, or escalating problems.
* Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages; testing network back-up procedures; updating documentation.
* Maintains customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns; answering questions.
* Maintains safe work environment by following codes, standards, and legal regulations.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
* Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Experience and Current Nortel Certifications are a plus; Microsoft, Nortel, Cisco and other VoIP/Software solutions.
