Telecom Reporting Developer ETL

Ameritraining, is searching for an Experienced Professional Reporting Developer/ETL for our Major Telecom Client.  This is an hourly contract expected to last 11 months.  If selected, a Drug and Background check is required.

 

Responsibilities of this Position Include:

 

CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) Reporting Development. Major responsibilities include: extract, transform, and load data, and manipulate data from many sources using Unix tools/Oracle/SQL server/ and generate critical reports from it. Extract data from sources, transform by merging it with various adhoc tools, then load into another database to generate reports or access from web pages.

 

Integrate data from various sources into consumable formats for tracking and reporting strategic metrics like Repeats, Sales Opportunities and other operational metrics. In addition will provide support for MSI/Online Services/Batting Average/Ultra/Act initiatives. This position is responsible for coding and project managing multiple projects in support of Enterprise Performance Management Reporting Solutions. This will involve activities like: identifying and documenting requirements; stakeholdering with business users and IT; creating/coding reports that meet user requirements; validating reports; supporting data and technical requests; supporting strategic data analysis; Analyze, extract, transform, load, and integrate data into consumable formats, meeting all critical milestones. Must be flexible to handle constant change and challenging projects. The candidate must be self motivated as well as have the ability to self-manage, while at the same time be able to work within a team environment. They must be intimately familiar with SDLC processes and possess the creativity to come up with and design solutions. Most importantly, they must have experience working with Business Objects, SAS v9, Enterprise Guide v4.0, SAS Grid Computing, Unix, SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, Windows applications, JCL, FTP, MVS/TSO.
