 General Description
The Telecom Billing Manager will be responsible for the day to day operation of the wholesale telecom billing platform. In this capacity, the manager will interface with several internal groups including sales, accounting and provisioning. The manager will utilize several software systems including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Sql Server, the telecom billing system and the rate management system. Â
Responsible for the following activities:
· Customer account maintenance
· Customer interface for billing related inquires
· Weekly, semi-monthly and monthly invoice generation and distribution
· Monthly statement generation and distribution
· Reject processing
· Trunk configuration maintenance (as it relates to billing)
·  Interface with sales to generate customer rate quotes
·  Rate update generation and distribution
·  Generate revenue and cost reports
·  Billing dispute analysis
·  Ad hoc CDR data analysis and report generation
·  Vendor bill and CDR analysis work experience requirements
-Â Â Â Â Â A minimum of 3 years perform data analysis in a telecom environment is required.
-Â Â Â Â Â Experience performing data analysis using SQL is required.
-Â Â Â Â Â Experience writing Microsoft Excel macros a plus. education requirements
-Â Â Â Â Â Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Computer Science (MIS) Application Instructions
