Technical Support Representative The purpose of this position is to respond to customer requests in a Technical Support call center environment. Troubleshoot problems with Telephone, Cable and Internet services, attempting to resolve problems over the phone in order to prevent unnecessary service calls. If appropriate, schedule service technician visit. Consistently mention other Cox products and services that are available for customers to purchase. Work Location: 11505 West Dodge Rd. Reports to: Technical Support Supervisor Pay Range: $11.00 - $16.00 (depending on experience) Free Digital Cable & Internet Shift: 1:00pm - 9:30pm (Tuesday-Saturday) Sunday & Monday OffStart Date: August 26, 2008 Cox offers an outstanding benefits package including discounted cable, telephone and Internet service, tuition reimbursement and a fitness facility.
