Requirements:

This position is replacing an incumbent who elected not to relocate as a part of the Corp HQ relocation to Dallas. If the position is filled by a San Antonio based manager, the enhanced Corporate HQ relocation plan will apply. If this position is filled by a manager outside of Dallas who otherwise would be subject to relocation to take the position, then the normal relocation plan(s) apply.

This position is responsible for managing internal IT applications, systems, operations and related activities, as well as IT programs and projects from initiation through delivery for the Executive Compensation function. This position oversees multiple small to large projects simultaneously, working with client organizations and stakeholders to evaluate business process changes and plan the implementation of those changes. Works with other staff members and leadership to design and develop business strategies necessary to support the Executive Compensation team. Responsibilities include performing process and data modeling in support of the planning and analysis efforts; managing and supervising a team of 6 that is responsible for the development and delivery of all projects; performing strategic system planning, information planning for business process implementation and analysis; providing leadership for projects and working as a liaison to clients and other organizations as a subject matter expert.

Required Skills: Degree in Information Technology/Engineering. Proven leadership skills; proven ability to coach and develop subordinates. Extensive programing experience with SQL Server, VB6, .net and/or Coldfusion. Project Management experience. Strong verbal skills.
