Entering property tax bills into PTMS Reviewing checks coming back from Accounts Payable for accuracy Matching Accounts Payable checks to renditions, copying checks, and mailing checks and renditions All filing for property tax, including creating any necessary folders and maintaining documentation Special projects as they arise Other duties as assigned by manager Interpersonal Skills: Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn new things. Upbeat and positive attitude with critical thinking skills. Actively seek opportunities for learning and specializing existing skill set. Utilize appropriate levels of judgment and be able to make decisions with minimal supervisory intervention. Exercise self-awareness of abilities as well as areas for growth.Other Requirements: Minimum of High School Diploma is required and Bachelor’s or Associates degree are preferred. 1+ years of business or office experience is a plus. Previous experience with Microsoft Office Products, such as Word and Excel are also a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
