AAA Ohio Auto Club has an exciting opportunity for a skilled, experienced individual

to analyze, troubleshoot and maintain our voice and data communications functions and systems.  Become a part of one of the largest member based organizations in the country.

 

 

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITES AND EXPECTATIONS:

 Analyze, troubleshoot and maintain IP Telephony Telephone Equipment.Analyze, troubleshoot and maintain PBX and Voicemail Messaging environment.Understand the integration requirements of multiple Cisco devices supporting end to end features at HQ and satellite offices.Understand dialing plans, DID placement management, call flow management, standard phone configuration, trunking configuration and PBX integration/migration plans.Load configure and test IP Telephony operating software and possess an understanding of the Microsoft servert operating software and network management software for system as well as individual agents.  Gather, update and maintain busy study reports through CMS (Call Management System) for all headquarter departments and satellite offices.Analyze and monitor line activity for overflow problems and troubleshoot and repair cable problems for headquarters and offices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, SPECIFIC ABILITIES:

 

1.  Associates degree in software management from a 2 year technical school.

2.  Understanding of Microsoft server software.

3.  1-2 years experience in PBX and Voicemail environments.

4.  Good communication skills and task oriented.

5.  Understanding of cable ratings and installations.

6.  Thorough understanding of converged IP phone systems.

 

This full time position has an hourly pay range of $17.47 to $19.66 depending on experience and skill level.  We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer match 401K savings plan.
