Systems Integration Project Manager

Fusion Solutions, Inc. has immediate opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager for major Telecom Company in Dallas Texas.

 

Position: Systems Integration Project Manager



 

Job Information:

 

Purpose: To manage the initiation, planning, execution, control and handover of Systems Integration customer projects, in accordance with contractual time, cost and quality requirements. Manage in accordance with all project management policies and procedures.

Ensure the effective management of Integration Projects in accordance with designated time, cost, scope and quality objectives and the achievement of optimal project solutions.


Planning, estimating, coordinating and controlling project solution delivery and implementation.
Scheduling and management of progress and resources, and delegation of tasks
Establishing appropriate project quality standards in consultation with customers, and implementing appropriate quality management practices/processes/systems to ensure customer satisfaction.  Establishing effective and open communication channels between project participants and all key stakeholders. 

 

Having good technical background and solid understanding of a number of critical telecom platforms & Intelligent Network applications; (eg. IN, Pre-Paid, VoIP, MMS, MoIP, SMS, VPN, IMS, WAP, Content Management, Hosted Solutions)  



JOB/ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Perform daily sweeps on ATTM PPS including Resellers mailbox to flag "Ops" and "SI LCM" Requests several times a day.

 

Supervise Logger - Training for logging, outlook tracking, Document Creation and Focal Point Upload · Resource Planning for ATTM PPS-Manage & schedule implementation between Maintenance Window Activities, Vacations, Holidays and Training Schedules.

 

Communicate daily to ATTM on all OPS Requests (External - Quotes/Delivery Dates). Communicate daily to the Business Manager, Customer Support Manager, Hosting Systems Manager and Lifecycle Manager on all Internal Requests.

 

Responsible for the documentation of Activity Requests - proper updates to all changes (tracked and organized) - per request for audit trail · Internal - Responsible for TPRs, Quotes, COD (Customer Order Desk) Communication, Research, SOX Support, Purchase Orders, Coordination of effort with Systems Integration LCM. Must ensure the that all implementation dates are upheld - track deliverables in Focal Point · Manage WLA regarding Change Management (Execute based on WLA TAT & Contract Pricing) · Monthly Reports – Monthly Stats · Driver within Focal Point for Operational Work Requests ·

Attend various Handover meetings to ensure proper documentation is included and 100% ready for Back Office · Operational Development - Responsible for Key Documentation (updating)Change Management, Rate Plan Implementation, ATTM Rate Plan Matrix, Reseller Rate Plan Matrix, Creation of Shared "common" documentation (Matrix, VPN, PIN Process, etc)
