We need a talented individual to fill the role of Systems Administrator for Teleperformance Interactive. In this position, you will be the one who maintains computing environment; establishes system specifications; establishes system; maintains system performance; secures system; prepares users; upgrades system; meets financial requirements; updates job knowledge; protects organization’s value. Qualifications:   24 x 7 uptime requirements. Will be part of an on-call rotation and may need to be available to work after hours and weekends, as required.  Experience in hardware provisioning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Expert knowledge of LAN networking, servers, workstations, operating systems, and applications. Working knowledge of firewall setup and rules maintenance.  Strong multi-tasking skills. Completes several concurrent tasks. Ability to work on hi-visibility tasks and complete them independently or with a team in a timely fashion with good documentation. LAN knowledge, including Ethernet, hubs, switches, TCP/IP, VLANs and network configuration. Experience with network maintenance including security services, load monitoring, system resiliency, back-up, and restore. Will be required to maintain backup and restore environment. Working knowledge of SNMP and monitoring packages such as Nagios. Applies knowledge of networking standards, protocols, security, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Experience in system administration, including system maintenance, workstation support, Internet connectivity, security services, load monitoring, and back-up procedures and account maintenance. Windows administration experience required Linux admin experience desirable.  Desirable additional Skills Perl and Shell scripting VOIP experience (Cisco Voice Routers, Asterisk) Firewall Setup and Administration Email administration (Exchange, postfix,exim) Cisco Routers (voice/ WAN) WAN and Telephony Knowledge VMWare Experience SAN Experience (iSCSI SANs) Web Server admin (Apache, IIS) Active Directory Security Hardening Server building IVR or Call Center experience MCSE and CCNA valued Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.Education:  AS or equivalent experience. · Some travel, including International will be required.  Person must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test.
