You will need an accounting degree.  You will need to apply that accounting degree and assist with the consolidated financial statements.  You will need to have a solid understanding of Hyperion or other large ERP system so that you can act as the Hyperion Adminstrator.  You will need drive, ambition and intellectual horsepower.  And yes - a work hard play hard attitude is a must!
