Location: Franklin, TN 37067 Employment Type: Full Time, Employee Pay Rate: 54,000.00 - 60,000.00 USD /yearDepending on Experience Reference Code: 1001128291 SUMMARYUnder limited supervision, performs testing, verification and quality assurance of products during the product development and post development phases. Provides assistance in developing test plans. Develops test procedures (including automatic test scripts), assists in the setup of equipment, executes tests and the logging and tracking of the test results and design defects. Assists in providing second tier technical support to the Technical Services Department or end users. Ability to work in a team oriented environment as well as independently.  Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.  Ability to work the required hours of the position and work well and productively with frequent interruptions  and changes in priorities. DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS  Familiarity with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI).  Background in telephony and telecommunications.
