System Implementation Leader (Telecom)

We are seeking a System Implementation Specialist (project management - telecom) who will be the primary point of contact for the end customer, sales team, and technical team on system implementation projects. This is a base + commission + bonus position with car and cell phone allowance included.

*Direct the implementation projects including the entire installation process by ensuring resources, equipment and responsibilities are clearly assigned and documented.
*Manage the project using Oracle and internal processes.
*Meet the financial and logistical goals and deadlines established for the projects, while ensuring that established guidelines of the Company are followed.
*Work closely with the Branch/Dealer Operations Teams and the End Customer to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementations.

Required Skills:
*3+ years experience coordinating B2B implementation projects (preferably in the telecommunications industry)
*Experience with MS Office and Oracle tools
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Bachelor's degree or related experience
*Data or Telecommunications certifications are a plus
*Certifications on Inter-Tel or Mitel products are a plus
