Position Summary: Responsible for day-to-day supervision of a team of inside Business Service sales representatives in the South Florida Region.

Responsible for the implementation of sales plans, connects goals, and revenue goals. To oversee and supervise appropriate sales and tactics, maximizing market opportunities in the Business Services Department.
The Business Services Inbound Sales Supervisor will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Daily Management of Business Account Executives.
Assist Business Account Executives with Sales Proposals
Monitor sales call quality and provide CQE coaching
Develop Incentive programs/contests
Attain/Exceed Monthly Sales Objectives.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance

Required Skills:
Education: College degree or equivalent

2-3 years experience in managing a Business-to-Business sales environment or the recognized equivalent in work experience or a combination of work experience and education. 3-5 years successful inside sales experience. Proficiency in the use of personal computers and software applications
