Supervise daily work activities of warehouse team members at two locations (North Ave. and 112th Street.); ensuring work is completed correctly and in a timely, safe and efficient manner in direct support of our internal customers.
• Provide guidance and direction in all areas of the material management, including but not limited to the following: receiving, storing, recording, provisioning, issuing and distribution of material and CPE equipment to internal customers.
• Maintain integrity and security of inventory through CIFA inventory database, cycle counts, monthly CPE reconciliation, and physical inventories as required by company requirements.
• Monitor material usage to assure material vs. installation yield.
• Assist / Coordinate with all departments in support of special projects.
• Support organizational and departmental goals to meet financial and operational needs.
• Monitor employee performance and developmental plans, appraise performance and recommend disciplinary actions as required.
• Inspect daily work flow and documentation in relation to inventory standards.
• Maintain effective employee relations among personnel.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Required Skills:
High school diploma or Equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum of 2 years CATV and warehouse experience.
* Knowledge of the operation of a computerized warehouse management system especially CIFA,a plus,CSG,and Minetek system
* Basic knowledge of Windows based software and working knowledge of Excel.
* Ability to remain calm and courteous when interacting with employees and external customers as well as vendors.
* Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work harmoniously with other employees at various organizational levels.
* Ability to operate a Comcast vehicle
* Ability to operate a fork lift, pallet jack and hand truck.
* Ability to work year round in all weather
* Ability to lift 55 plus pounds.
* Ability to operate a PC
* Ability to troubleshoot digital converters and modems.
* Plan, prioritize and organize work with appropriate timeliness and interpret and follow instructions/specifications
