Perform analysis of device trends Facilitate transfer of knowledgebase tools, documentation and analysis to OEMs Facilitate on-site OEM visits and training of new and existing products  Manage and maintain device related information placed and distributed in eGS Knowledge base Closely coordinate device related activities and updates with Operations Team Position reports to Service Delivery Team  Qualifications:  Attributes Client focused, solutions oriented Superior teamwork, interpersonal skills Results-oriented and success-driven; self-motivated and goal-oriented Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation Able to drive multiple priorities, adapt to a changing environment Interest in technology and technical devices  Required Skill Sets & Experience Requires a minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience on the WSC program Minimum 6 months experience handling HED and/or Escalation calls, troubleshooting smart phones/data devices Experience working with or for a major US wireless carrier support organization Experience in technical support environment Organized and skilled at data analysis Must be willing and able to travel as needed to host OEM site visits. eTelecare is one of the most honored delivery centers in the world with over 60 awards globally.How to ApplyOnline:www.eTelecareCareers.com   eTelecare -- Our Growth.
