Job Description: Provide assistance in the software design and architecture of a new Civil Agency system.  This system will ensure proper licensing verification efforts are in place before authorization is released.

Clearance Required: DOD

Requirements: Senior Subject Matter Experience with very strong Software Design and Architecture background.  Experience with Use Cases required.  Experience with requirements definition and refinement required.

Rational experience desired, but not required.

Ten years of relevant experience minimum.

Candidate must possess excellent writing and presentation skills.  Candidate will interract with high level Agency Management personnel as required to discuss status of tasking.  Candidate must be a team player, capable of interracting with various levels of Agency and/or Contractor personnel during the normal course of their daily duty.
