Staff Accountant - Oaks, PA

Eastern Division

*Monitor and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial information is presented to management at month-end.

*Prepare fluctuation analysis of monthly operating results.

*Update monthly account reconciliations in support of ending asset and liability balances. Compile, adjust and evaluate various accruals to ensure their accuracy.

*Prepare additional account analyses as requested by management.

*Undertake physical inventory observations and participate in System visits.

*Perform other duties as assigned.



Required Skills:
*Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent from an accredited school.
*CPA or progress towards it preferred.
*2 to 3 years experience in industry and/or public accounting or similar work environment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
*Strong analytical skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
*Experience with Oracle a plus.
