Our client is looking for a Voice Technician with experience to support the following: Provide operations, support and maintenance in a Cisco VoIP environment for data center users utilizing Cisco Call Manager (4.2(3)), Cisco Unity Connection (1.2), Cisco IPCCX (4.0(5)) and Cisco Voice Gateways. Support inbound Call Centers for Unisys and IBM. Generate daily reports for Call Center managers on call statistics and usage. Initiate firewall changes and modifications. Act as a Project Manager as needed on customer site. Excellent salary and benefits. This is not a contract position.
