We are looking for our next Sr. Product Acceptance Engineer. 

 

Responsibilities:Design and create customer acceptance test plans for new features in a release Dry run customer acceptance test plans in Lab environment before executing at customer market Execute customer acceptance test cases at the customer marketTroubleshoot and analyze field issues during the customer acceptance test execution Provide remote support to customer acceptance test activitiesGenerate customer acceptance test reports Provide operational input to new features multi functional teamReview WLS documents and procedures Participate in customer meetings Interact with customers, R&D, PM, PLM, TAC and other internal departments during all stages of Customer Acceptance Testing process Keep management in loop on all tasksResolve complex technical issuesMentor other engineers of the team in best practicesLead specific assignments



Qualification:Experience in Sun Solaris UNIX Software and End to End System Testing skills Knowledge of Telecommunication systems, Embedded systems, RDBMS, and TCP/IP.20% Travel (some international) and on-call during FOA Testing Self motivated with positive attitudeFlexible and quick learning abilities Ability to work in team environment Problem solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written Communication skills Knowledge of GSM and CDMA is a PLUSScripting knowledge - Bash, ksh, Perl, AWK is a PLUSAbility to multi task8 + years of related experienceBS in EE or CS or related field, MS preferred
