Sr. Manager, MDU Sales

Provider of satellite entertainment programming to U.S households 
Sr. Manager will be responsible for the implementation, communication, coordination and management of DIRECTV's MDU sales, distribution relationships and programs with new and existing Telco Dealers:
Telco Dealer account management and leadershipMeet and exceed daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plansForecasting and reporting of Telco Dealer activitiesSales communications and Telco Dealer trainingExecute marketing initiatives and promotions with Telco Dealer propertiesCoordinating processes related to DIRECTV service launchesAssisting in the development and implementation of customer acquisition campaigns, bundled service offerings and pricing plansFlexible, innovative, and the ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.Contract management and negotiationCoordinating and implementing business and marketing plansEnsuring that new customer, revenue and retention goals are achieved Facilitating the development and implementation of operational support with other DIRECTV departments such as IT, Customer Service, Finance and Marketing 
 


Requires at least seven years of account, sales and project management experience in consumer products/services in a large-scale corporate environment.  Must have proven skills in the development and implementation of consumer marketing, sales and business plans/strategies and previous experience in multi-partner/affinity marketing and sales relationships.  In addition, must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  A degree in business or related field and previous experience with subscription-based consumer services is preferred. 
 
Candidates must have excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills and must be able to travel 50% of the time and work in an office environment. 
 
In addition, this position requires that you possess a valid U.S. driver's license, favorable motor vehicle record and reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage. Individual must have the ability to expense travel costs prior to reimbursement.
