Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Reference Code: 3941 Sr Manager HSI Product MgmtOCCUPATION:Marketing Production/Traffic POSITION OVERVIEW: JOB SUMMARYResponsible for contributing to the overall product strategy for High Speed Internet products.  Develop and implement programs to drive product innovation and adoption.  Responsible for engineering, technology, marketing and operational issues related to product development.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONContribute to the Company vision of being the industry leader in customer service through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamworkDevelop product strategy for components of HSI.  Direct tracking and analysis of buy patterns and make recommendations regarding marketing strategies; oversee analysis of consumer buying patterns  Develop, implement and direct product  initiatives by using research, database marketing, and analysis to recommend and implement key strategies in product, positioning, branding, packaging and pricing Develop product strategy and marketing templates for implementation by Divisional Marketing personnel; work with Divisions to develop business rules and marketing collateral to build awareness. Initiate trial / testing of marketing offers, targeting and tactics; communicate best practices   Develop annual product marketing plan for Charter HSI and the 36 month Product Roadmap Build relationships with other key Corporate Departments, field, executive management, and agencies/suppliers.
