Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Reference Code: 3941 Sr Manager HSI Product MgmtOCCUPATION:Marketing Production/Traffic POSITION OVERVIEW: JOB SUMMARYResponsible for contributing to the overall product strategy for High Speed Internet products. Develop and implement programs to drive product innovation and adoption. Responsible for engineering, technology, marketing and operational issues related to product development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONContribute to the Company vision of being the industry leader in customer service through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamworkDevelop product strategy for components of HSI. Direct tracking and analysis of buy patterns and make recommendations regarding marketing strategies; oversee analysis of consumer buying patterns Develop, implement and direct product initiatives by using research, database marketing, and analysis to recommend and implement key strategies in product, positioning, branding, packaging and pricing Develop product strategy and marketing templates for implementation by Divisional Marketing personnel; work with Divisions to develop business rules and marketing collateral to build awareness. Initiate trial / testing of marketing offers, targeting and tactics; communicate best practices  Develop annual product marketing plan for Charter HSI and the 36 month Product Roadmap Build relationships with other key Corporate Departments, field, executive management, and agencies/suppliers. Manage new product development, including testing/trial in new markets, working through operational issues related to new product and managing updates/versions of product Perform other duties as requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSA. Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to analyze and interpret data, including financial analysis/modeling for new products Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner Ability to communicate with all levels of management Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Ability to manage creative process, including outside agencies and vendors Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and handle shifting priorities Ability to communicate deliverables, timelines and obstacles to direct management Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties Ability to supervise and motivate others Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.) Ability to work independently Ability to work with others to resolve problems, handle requests or situations Knowledge of program testing, tracking, profiling, targeting, metrics and analysis Knowledge of cable television products and servicesProficiency in project managementB. Education (level and type)Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, communications or related field.  C. Related Work Experience                                                    Number of YearsProduct Management/New product development experience        5-10WORKING CONDITIONSOffice environment Send This Link To A Friend
